An added benefit has been making a new group of friends in my classes - which we all know can be hard as we get older. Age 62 and plan to keep it up for the rest of my life!
Love this! From a unit similar to InBody I found out that I had a very low muscle mass. In less than a year I have gained 6 pounds of muscle and my pop up on a surf board is the best ever! I'm strong, stable and love it. Keep going. Be younger next year.
I don't like traditional strength training, but found Amoila Cesar online for my coach with his 645 program on bodi.com. He's into functional fitness, kind, gentle, fun and knows his stuff. Strength training is only half of building muscle (as I found out). I wasn't getting enough protein. I'm 63 years old, 130 pounds and I now get a min of 100 g of protein a day. Easy with a protein shake in the AM that's 60 grams!

That’s right! I have found appointments with a trainer the key to keep me on track! Accountability. Once I’m there and done I feel great!
This is such a reminder for me to become more active. I used to be, but it fell away over the years. Even at 68, it’s never too late.

I am working with a trainer 2x week. It has been so beneficial. I feel so much better. At 75 it is essential.
