This list is excellent. I have sent it to my father, who being a doctor, refuses to listen to anyone else's advice. I'm waiting a month or 2 for him to repeat back to me "Bobbi Brown says to get 2,000 steps in early." Thank you for that.

Nice list. I try to row 30 minutes a day listening to podcasts. Olive oil at night helps with sleep, losing weight, heart, inflammation plus more. No sugar. Lots of water

This was exactly what I needed to give myself a reboot, thank you. Printing out and sticking to my fridge. Noticed you said vitamins... Which do you recommend? I'm toying with starting on NMN but not sure if it's a fad...

I take b in Am w morning meds, probiotics ,adrenal support and AG1 before coffee night I take magnesium, sleep vitamins by mind body green. And try to remember a fish oil that I squeeze in my mouth. That’s about it .

Definitely read your labels! Such an eye opener! Too much sugar in everything…..once you realize it and can then avoid it your life, health and body will reward you! 💕
