Fitting exercise into my life is a priority, and my assistant knows I schedule everything else around it. It’s nonnegotiable, though sometimes I have to adjust for work or family obligations. When that happens, I often struggle to find time, so I have a backup plan: either I walk, or recently, I follow a daily checklist I found in my notes app by trainer Krystal Weisberg.
The best part about the checklist is that it gives me flexibility and options. It doesn’t make me feel bad if I can’t do everything; instead, I focus on how many I can check off, aiming to hit my top 15 goals.
You can follow Krystal at fit.like.krys , and if you’re in Montclair, NJ, you might even be able to work with her in person. If not, she also offers plenty of digital, on-demand options for everyone!

This list is excellent. I have sent it to my father, who being a doctor, refuses to listen to anyone else's advice. I'm waiting a month or 2 for him to repeat back to me "Bobbi Brown says to get 2,000 steps in early." Thank you for that.
I love this list! Just put it in my notes app too :)
