Hello, Sofwave
Oops, I did it again...
This wasn’t my first Sofwave. I’m a pretty frequent flyer by now. But honestly, every time I do it, I love it more and more. I like using Substack to share little hacks like this, so here goes.
I went to see Dr. Chopra in Sag Harbor, and as always, he took great care of me. I just love this guy. While I’m sitting in his chair, numbing away, we chat. I ask about his new girlfriend (she sounds great, by the way), and I pump him with questions about what treatments he believes actually work…and which ones to skip.
Here are three products Dr. Chopra recommended for me and used during my treatment.
P.S… I actually interviewed Dr. Chopra on here once before and trust me, it’s worth the read.
I Asked So You Don't Have To
I recently had my third Sofwave treatment with Dr. Rishi Chopra, who, by the way, I just love. He’s a self-described nerd who is incredibly into the technology, and he’s a great teacher who explains what works, what doesn’t, and how much pain is involved. He also works with a lot of different modalities as a spokesperson, and he’s so good at it. For those of you in New York City, he has an office on the Upper West Side and also in the Hamptons.

You had me at reducing loose skin on upper arms. I’ve lost 45 pounds over the 14 months and desperately need help with my upper arms… going to ask my dermatologist about this
This sounds fantastic!! Wondering is this something that is exclusive to NYC? I’m in rural Northern Michigan - would love to explore this further if there’s a location relatively near me.
