I’m an AG1 gal as well! I mix it with my Vital Proteins “Professional Daily Foundational Support” collagen & use a frother for fun 😁

This is so helpful. I started taking a (different) magnesium supplement a few months and have noticed a massive difference. I've been looking for a rec on fish oils, as I also hate swallowing pills! Thanks a million.
