I have purple-ish circles under my eyes and everything I use looks dry and crusty after a while. I’ve been experimenting with the placement of pencil color on the corners and the very bottom of my under-eye area which helps keep the dryness and crustiness away, but it doesn’t do anything to correct the discoloration. I also suspect I’m using the wrong shade. Help, please! -
