I’m lucky to be surrounded by incredibly smart and talented people. As a naturally curious person, I’m always wondering about things—and if you know me, you know I’m never afraid to ask questions. This time, I wanted to share what I learn with you.

I messaged my good friend, Dr. Julius Few, founder of Dr. Few Skincare, to talk all things skin. He’s truly one of the best. I hope you learn something—just like I did.

WHAT DID YOU EAT FOR BREAKFAST THIS MORNING?

Three to four times per week, I eat oatmeal with berries. On the other mornings, I like protein—usually in the form of eggs and/or Greek yogurt. Breakfast is by far my favorite meal, and I try to eat a substantial one after my morning yoga.

WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT CREPEY SKIN?

A combination or “stackable” treatment is key here. I’m excited about our new body skin-tightening solution, which is based on our GLP-1 technology. I also like to include skin-tightening treatments like Sofwave and laser to help improve crepey skin, in combination with good skincare.

IS THERE ANYTHING BESIDES BOTOX THAT HELPS WITH FOREHEAD LINES?

I really like using regenerative technology by injecting a person’s own nanofat into the tissue just under the skin, possibly followed by a laser treatment to polish the surface. Nanofat injections can typically be done under local anesthesia in my procedure room. The fat is usually taken from the lower flank or lower abdomen and then processed in a special device for small-volume injection. This approach taps into the body’s natural rejuvenation abilities by stimulating skin repair from within.
