Q: What did you have for breakfast today?
A: Same thing every day—and I love it:
Fage yogurt topped with Nature’s Path Heritage Flakes, a drizzle of honey, and bio.me fiber powder.
Q: What’s your favorite electrolyte?
A: I have two!
1. BioSteel Powder – I especially love the lemonade, peach, and rainbow flavors. The taste is great, and it has an ideal 1:4 potassium-to-sodium ratio. The sodium isn’t too high, and it includes bonus nutrients like B vitamins and amino acids. I use this when I’m working out or heading into the sauna.
